Solar System

I don't engage in a great deal of solar-system photography, but I do attempt it from time to time. It requires a very specific set of skills that neither I nor Liam Neeson possess. And the number of targets is pretty limited. Nevertheless, here are a few images that include planets, moons, comets, and asteroids. I would like someday to get a decent shot of Mercury. It's the only planet in our solar system I have never attempted. The difficulty level for Mercury is off the charts because of its close proximity to the sun. That means shooting it very, very close to the horizon when the sun is (barely) hidden.
