Astrobin Top Pick

Astrobin is the most active gathering place on the web for amateur astronomers to share their pictures and discuss amateur astrophotography. Through a gruelling three-tiered judging system involving 70 judges, Astrobin selects one image today for its banner and awards that image the Image of the Day designation. The Top Pick designation is given to those images that successfully make it through the first two tiers of judging.

With more than 20,000 active members from around the world who have submitted more than a million images over more than a decade, having an image selected as as a Top Pick is a significant achievement.
